iPhone 4K recording is laggy	Due to hardware limitations on some iPhone models during screen mirroring.

Situation	Explanation & Solution
No media/game audio from phone during mirroring	Normal. Audio is sent to the CP5 Ultra. Use its speaker for playback.
No sound playing iPhone gallery videos	Sound is muted by default. Tap the sound icon in the bottom-right corner of the video player to enable it.

iPhone disconnects after lock screen	Go to Settings > Display & Brightness > Auto-Lock and extend the time.
Can't find device in mirroring list	1. Move away from other electronic devices. 2. Restart both your phone and the CP5 Ultra.
PIN code required	Enter the PIN shown at the bottom of the connection screen on the CP5 Ultra.
Bluetooth won't connect	1. Ensure you are close during pairing and no other phone is connected to the CP5 Ultra's Bluetooth. 2. Restart both devices. 3. On Android, delete old paired devices from your phone's Bluetooth list. 4. Avoid interference from Wi-Fi routers, microwaves, etc.

Remote shooting via Bluetooth	Connect your phone to the device's built-in Bluetooth. Effective range: up to 50 meters in open, unobstructed areas.

Issue	Solution
iPhone portrait photos don't fill screen	1. Rotate the photo to landscape in your phone's album. 2. Short press Button 3 to zoom to full screen.
Touch control not working (Android)	The phone's system security may block control data. Try turning your phone's Bluetooth off and on again.
iPhone screen freezes or touch fails	Check if AssistiveTouch is enabled. Go to Settings > Accessibility > Touch > AssistiveTouch and turn it OFF. Only Zoom function needs to be ON for remote control.
Apple photos/videos show in landscape	This is normal. Apple's system defaults to landscape mode for mirroring. Android devices show content normally in portrait.

Issue	Solution
Screen turns off or only calls work when attached	Your phone's "Case Mode" is triggered. Disable it: Go to Settings, search for "Case Mode" or "Case Operation", and turn it OFF.
