Situation Explanation & Solution
No media/game audio from phone during mirroring Normal. Audio is sent to the P4. Use its speaker for playback.
No sound playing iPhone gallery videos Sound is muted by default. Tap theĀ sound iconĀ in the bottom-right corner of the video player.

šŸ“” Connection & Pairing Issues

iPhone disconnects after lock screen Go toĀ Settings > Display & Brightness > Auto-LockĀ and extend the time.
Can't find device in mirroring list 1. Move away from other electronic devices.
2. Restart both your phone and the P4.
PIN code required Enter the PIN shown at the bottom of the P4's connection screen.
Bluetooth won't connect 1. Pair devices close together. Ensure P4's Bluetooth is not connected to another phone.
2. Restart both devices.
3. On Android, delete old paired devices from your phone's Bluetooth list.
4. Avoid interference from Wi-Fi routers, microwaves, etc.

šŸ–„ Screen Display & Control Issues



Issue Solution
iPhone portrait photos don't fill screen 1. Rotate photo to landscape in your phone's album.
2.Ā Long press Button 2Ā to zoom to full screen.
Touch control not working The phone's system security may block control data. Try turning your phone's Bluetooth off and on again.
Apple photos/videos show in landscape on P4 This is normal. Apple's system defaults to landscape mode for mirroring.
Vivo phone disconnects when screen sleeps Disable Vivo's sleep recording: Go toĀ Settings > Search "Cast" > Cast/Screen Cast service > Turn OFF "Sleep Cast". Also, inĀ Camera app > Settings > Turn OFF "Sleep Recording".

šŸ“± How to Connect Apple Devices

  1. Swipe down for Control Center > TapĀ Screen MirroringĀ > Select your P4's name.

  2. Go toĀ Settings > BluetoothĀ > Find and pair with your P4's Bluetooth name.

  3. Go toĀ Settings > Accessibility > ZoomĀ and turn itĀ ON.

    • Important:Ā After turning Zoom on, your phone screen will magnify.Ā Triple-tap the screen with three fingersĀ to exit the zoomed view. Remote control will still work.

āš ļø Apple Device: Screen Freezes or Touch Fails



Cause Solution
Conflict with AssistiveTouch P4 is a two-finger touch device. EnsureĀ AssistiveTouchĀ isĀ OFF: Go toĀ Settings > Accessibility > Touch > AssistiveTouch. OnlyĀ ZoomĀ should be ON. Having both enabled causes conflicts.
